We are located in Miami, FL - depending on where you are located, shipping generally takes 2-5 business days.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns if the product has not been assembled and used. If you have already assembled the playground and have any questions or concerns please contact our support team at support@ezplaytoys.com

Is there a warranty?

Where are your playgrounds made?

Our playgrounds are made in Eastern Europe, using high-quality ash wood.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only to the contiguous 48 US states. Hawaii and Alaska shipping is available at an additional cost, please contact support@ezplaytoys.com for a quote. Some international customers have used intermediary shipping companies that deliver specifically to their country.

Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment:

Credit Card Charges:

Your credit card will be charged once the order is placed. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Credit Card Chargebacks & Scams

Any credit card charge-backs will be handled by our collection agency. You will automatically be put into collection if we receive a charge-back for products we shipped to your shipping address. Our collection agency will start billing you if they are not paid within 30 days and your information will be reported to the Credit Bureau Agency. We strongly recommend that you contact us before simply filing a charge-back, this may help avoid ruining your credit. We take credit card scams very seriously and we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to our customers, please email us with your concerns.

Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday 10AM – 5PM (excluding U.S. Holidays). In most circumstances, orders placed within those times will ship same day, but our official processing time is up to 2 days in case of increased order volume or inclement weather/delays in carrier pickups. The amount of time the order will take to get to you will depend on the shipping method you’ve selected.

All orders are shipped via UPS. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air services.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped you should receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. If after 2 business days of placing the order you still have not received a tracking number, please contact our support team at support@ezplaytoys.com

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page the cost of shipping will be shown and you have the option not to complete the order if you for any reason change your mind. Sales tax may be collected for non-labor items in Illinois.

Warranty & Returns

All EZPlay Jungle Gyms come with a 90-Day Defective Merchandise WarrantyReturns Program:

This warranty applies only to orders placed on this website (if you purchased your jungle gym from another retailer, please see your retailer for warranty and returns information). We stand behind the products we sell and are here to make sure that you and your kids will love your EZPlay Jungle Gym purchase.

Please examine all purchased products upon delivery to make sure all items are in good condition. If you receive a defective unit, please initiate an exchange process within 90 days from original ship date.


Returns must include ONLY the defective pieces. Do NOT include any fully functional items or pieces into your WarrantyReturns request. Please keep the original packaging and any non-defective items as we will only warranty and replace the defective pieces.

If the product has physical damage, damage from outside weather and/or evidence of tampering with the product, it will NOT be eligible for warranty exchanges or any refunds or returns.

If you are not familiar with how to install or use the products you received, please take some time to go over the included instructions or feel free to contact us with any questions as we are always glad to help.

Returns Shipping – Please contact our support staff at support@ezplaytoys.com to start the Warranty Exchange process. Our team will work with you through the process. Please note that returns shipping is NOT pre-paid, but will be refunded upon receipt of defective items. Customers are responsible for shipping the RMA items to EZPlay, unless you received a DOA or a wrong item.


If you would like to return your product for a refund, please note that we will only accept non-assembled units. We will not be able to offer a refund if the unit shows that it has been assembled.

For non-assembled units we will refund the full cost of the unit back to the payment source originally used to place the order. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Inspection Warranty

Upon receipt of returned items, our RMA Technicians will inspect and test your equipment. If found defective we will send out a replacement of the defective product at no cost, as long as the product is available. If the product is not available, EZPlay will issue store credit or a refund to the original form of payment used.

If your equipment is determined that it is fully functional, you will be notified via phone or email and EZPlay reserves the right to return the products back or issue a store credit.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your product to be inspected and tested after it is delivered to us. If any refunds are issued to your original method of payment, please allow 1-5 business days for the credit to post to your account.
