I accidentally purchased the Pilker gym in Rose when I wanted the blue one. I panicked as I only realized after I had gotten the confirmation order etc. I emailed and messaged them on FB. I received notification that it had shipped, got tracking# and accepted that I ordered the wrong color …. Later that evening I got an email & FB message from Kate and she had FedEx return the incorrect Rose from their distribution center back to them and shipped me the corrected color! I totally appreciated their help in rectifying it. I haven’t yet opened it, it’s from my sons 2nd birthday present. But I am excited to do so and put it together. CS was amazing and I will definitely recommend and shop EZ again. Thanks Kate & team !!!!
